Elixir started as an independent coffee roaster serving Rialto and the Inland Empire in Southern California with a simple idea: share the kind of coffee we love with our community. We source coffees with character and roast them to bring out what makes each origin different. Chocolate, caramel, fruit, acidity and body are part of what great coffee can naturally taste like. Our bottled drinks are simply where we’re starting. Milk and flavor should complement the coffee, not bury it. Whether it’s the intensity of Bold, the balance of Medium, or the expressive character of Bright, the coffee remains at the center of the drink. Locally roasted. Made with intention. Just getting started.
