The coffee comes first.
Elixir started as a Southern California coffee roaster with a simple idea: share the kind of coffee we love with our community. We source quality specialty coffees and roast them fresh to bring out the character that makes each origin unique. Chocolate, caramel, fruit, acidity, and body are all part of what great coffee can naturally taste like.
As Elixir grows beyond roasting, that philosophy stays the same. We believe milk and flavor should complement the coffee, never bury it. You should still taste the coffee itself: the roast, the body, the natural notes, and the character behind every cup or bottle.
